That's what I say Kelly. Valentine Day is just another day. We spend time together, buy whatever we think or know each other want. My girlfriend of 7 years surprised me one year, with a dinner we had in NY at the hotel, and a nice bubble bath for two. Another year she just wanted to go Red Lobster, and one year a quiet evening at home. We like the simple things.

It's a nice aim to have a Valentine's Day. Everyday a shoulder to cry on, a voice to listen to, a smile to laugh with and a person to communicate with that listens to you and knows how you feel. I think these things are the important things Valentine's Day learns people, and that day should be celebrated every day. Love (in all kinds of ways) is an important thing for every person, it's a little shame that we need a day to remember that or do something with it.
