When Kelly Rowland‘s fourth solo album Talk A Good Game drops tomorrow, don’t be surprised if you already feel familiar with its much buzzed about tracks. “I wanted what it felt like for me to turn on my stereo in the late ’80s early ’90s, when I fell in love with R&B and hip hop,” Kelly said. VH1 walked through the making of the album track by track with producers Pharrell Williams, Harmony Samuels and Kelly herself to find out how she achieved that nostalgia vibe and why Harmony thinks she’s ushering in the new wave of ’90s R&B below.

Kelly Rowland had late night grooving to her new music when she stopped by Jimmy Fallon show. Joined by Wiz Khafila and house band The Roots, Kelly performed “Gone,” which sampled Joni Mitchell’s “Yellow Big Taxi”.

Kelly Rowland sat down with co-anchor Kevin Frazier of OMG! Insiders for an exclusive interview on hot topics, including her upcoming album Talk A Good Game and groundbreaking single “Dirty Laundry”. Kelly opened up on many trying to create drama between her and BFF Beyoncé for years in the emotional interview. “I think the people wanted those stories for years and that’s just so sad on them because it’s not like that,” she revealed.

One thing to surely get people talking is the revealing of Kelly Rowland’s fourth solo album Talk A Good Game. The 12-track standard edition features the confessional “Dirty Laundry” and “Kisses Down Low”, plus “Gone” featuring Wiz Khafila and “You Changed” featuring Beyoncé and Michelle Williams. Just announced! Kelly Rowland is joining the judging panel for season 3 of the The X Factor USA. FOX announced today that Kelly will join the singing competition alongside returning judges Simon Cowell and Demi Lovato and Latina pop star Paulina Rubio. “I am very excited to be reuniting with Simon Cowell,” said Rowland. “It feels great to be able to take this journey here at home in the states!” Read the full press release here.
